Here, we are in the presence of a circle that leads me to postulate the necessity of founding an &#8220;ecosophy&#8221; that would link environmental ecology to social ecology and to mental ecology.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2014Guattari 2000:27<\/p>\n<p>Felix Guattari (1930-1992) was a 20th Century philosopher, psychoanalyst, poststructuralist, and political activist who founded schizoanalysis and ecosophy (ecological philosophy). Guattari was born in Villeneuve-les-Sablons, a working-class suburb of north-west Paris, France.
