Google? It’s a newly created word by two genious googlers, now the founder of the most fascinating company in the world of history. Google has been ranked by many kinds of surveys as one of the best company, providing splendid workplace and employee benefits. Google has not only conquered the world wide web but also fascinated many employees all over the world. In marketing perspective, Google is such a successful model to research. 

I think their basic marketing strategy is based on the concept of simplicity. By simplifying everything related to Google, Google itself represents the success of simplism now. You can observe different but successful strategy in Google’s home page. Unlike other web sites, full of ads and images, Google’s homepage is very simple. You never see any fancy advertisements or top news on Google’s homepage. While other competitors in same industry were caring about how they are looked by internet users, Google has silently created the most powerful Web Search Engline in the world. It’s so enormous and popular that now there is a verb, google. These days, people don’t say I need to search this word. Instead, they would say I’ll google it. It’s a tremendous revolution made by Google.   

What’s the driving force of all these success? I would say Google has a strong and reliable relationship with their employees. Employees working for Google love their company. Their true loyalty toward their company is the main force that lead Google to the gate of success. For their employees, Google never tightens their money belt. Google supports each one of their employees by providing excellent working environment or offering employee benefits. It’s time for other corporates to learn the way Google motivate their employees. Motivation is the main force that drives human being. Without motivation an incentives, no one will be active.
