As part of her broader efforts to build community and support student wellness, Mahfida has facilitated a variety of engaging and accessible mindfulness sessions. Blog posts in this series highlight key reflections, themes, and resources to help EDST students cultivate mindfulness and connection throughout their academic experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
