Representing what you know to increase students\u2019 understanding<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For this assignment, teacher candidates revise a lesson that they have previously offered but in which their students struggled to understand. This assignment allows students to think further about how they represent knowledge and how they might do so in ways that enhance their students’ understanding.\u00a0 See here for the assignment description<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Teaching Philosophy – Annotated and Revised<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In this assignment, teacher candidates are asked to revise their teaching philosophy statement and to annotate it with comments that make links between their learning in the course and their approach to teaching.\u00a0 See here for assignment description.<\/a><\/p>\n

Wikipedia Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Teacher candidates are invited to become editors of a Wikipedia page of their choice. They are asked to reflect on the process and experience of collaborating to knowledge via Wikipedia.\u00a0 See here for assignment description.<\/a><\/p>\n
