Lesson Overview<\/h2>\n

Before we begin, please read my letter Dear Teachers<\/a>. We have 3 Readings in the morning. The first with Paulo Freire. The other two Readings relate specifically to the Case, Palestine,<\/em> and Hanan Al Hroub, a former Palestinian refugee, and teacher who won “The Global Teacher Prize 2016.” This is the biggest award for a teacher in the world. We will read (or listen to) her speech and interview at Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA. I have included websites to learn more about the context of her teaching. We will participate in our Dialogue Circles, as usual.<\/p>\n
