Wellbeing Tip of the Month | July 2024 | Year-End Wellbeing Bingo Contest

As you approach the finish line of your program and/or courses, I strongly encourage you to pause every day – even if it’s for 2 minutes – to take good care of you.  Habits are born out of repetition.  And the habit of pausing every day to do something to take care of yourself can support you with managing stress, improving your sense of wellbeing, building resiliency, and preventing burnout – not only now, but well into your professional careers.

To support you with this developing this habit, I invite you to participate in the year-end wellbeing bingo contest!  Complete and mark off all wellbeing activities on the bingo card within the contest period for your chance to enter a draw to win a Lululemon hoodie!

Please note that while the intention of this bingo contest is to encourage you to pause every day, it is possible to mark off more than one wellbeing activity/ bingo square per day, given that a wellbeing activity only needs to be completed once.
