Could we assume that the client’s empty wheelchair could be weighed to “zero the scale”?

At home aspect very important

  • Out of sight when not in use
  • Easy to access, minimal dials

Could a wheelchair be provided if needed?

Is there a budget provided for the project?

Are there any special requests regarding IP/NDA?

Volunteer engineers can help us; other potential clients can provide feedback if needed

E.M. has an old power chair we could use

Budget is provided by UBC? – ask our instructor

E.M. to talk to his director and will get back to us

COMMUNICATION

Should we be communicating with all three primary contacts?

How frequently will we meet with the client? Where will these meetings be held?

E.M. is main contact (the others should be invited to demos and presentations) – M.S. to suggest times to go to Tetra office and meet everyone

Up to us; either at UBC or at Tetra office
