Combination 6-Month Plan

This is a SAMPLE combination 6 month plan that involves every aspect of a workout. This program was designed for a young, high performance, female field athlete. The aerobic preparation mesocycle occurs from October 22- January 10th, the tournament preparation mesocycle occurs from January 11th- April 4th. This workout should not be used without proper professional supervision and explanation. This is simply a sample of a program that could be created for any one of our elite athletes.
