Program Design
Our athletic programs are always based around your short and long term goals! Our job is to help you succeed at whatever your passion is! After our fitness screenings our coaches will sit down with you to establish where you want to be before your season starts, when your competition takes place, and where you want to be for the next 2 seasons after that. We will work with you to establish what realistic and attainable goals are, and how we can work together to achieve them.
Using our sample subject- the goals chosen were:
Short Term- Increase Squat, Bench and Deadlift by 15 pounds each month
Long Term- Squat 450 pounds with gear; Deadlift 500 pounds with gear and Bench Press 250 pounds with gear.
