Unit 2 Reflection

Throughout this unit, I have had much more opportunity to refine my memo writing skills. In addition to getting better at writing them, I have begun to appreciate the real importance of being able to write a professional and concise business memo. I really like that we are given the opportunity to practice this knowledge with hands-on and creative new ways each time, instead of sending boring “pretend” memos to one another for practice. The definitions assignment for week 3 was a great way to learn about the different types of definitions used in the professional world. The assignment was a hands on way to apply this new knowledge and practice creating our own definitions.
