Revised Three Definitions:
One of the first assignments of ENGL301. Three types of definitions (parenthetical, sentence, and expanded) were written for a single term to introduce the various levels and methods available in writing a definition. This assignment also successfully introduced different writing approaches for different audiences.

Revised Peer Review of Three Definitions:
A peer review of Ashley‘s draft three definitions assignment. The review has since been revised to improve the tone and delivery, but the content has remained the same. The initial review‘s harsh tone and error-focused approach were the foundation for which all future peer reviews would be improved.

Formal letters of complaint and a follow-up response. These letters were excellent practice for writing professionally while emphasizing positivity and “you-attitude”.

A peer review of Jen‘s draft application package for a software developer position at Ensemble Systems Inc. As one of the final peer reviews of ENGL301, the structure, delivery, and process of peer reviewing have been improved since the beginning of the course.

A peer review of Ashley‘s draft formal report on Improving Accessibility at the American Club’s Fitness Center in Taipei, Taiwan. As another one of the final peer reviews of ENGL301, improvements have been made across all peer review processes and can be adapted to longer form content such as this 20 page report.
