Subject: LinkedIn Profile Peer Review

Thank you for submitting your LinkedIn profile. The profile looks impressive, professional and organized. Below is my detailed review.

Initial Impressions
The profile looks professional. Except for the summary and education section, other sections of your LinkedIn profile that are often viewed by recruiters are complete. The experience, licenses & certifications, and skills & endorsements sections give a clear view of who you are. Additionally, there are 36 connections in your profile, which is great because this suggests to recruiters you have a good network and that you are sociable. Lastly, the LinkedIn profile suggests the intended audience would be fellow students, professionals, and recruiters.

Headline
The headline is an accurate description of your current academic role. However, adding some adjectives to describe you as a student will help attract a greater number of profile views and showcase your personal brand.

Profile Photo
The profile photo has a high-resolution quality which will help lead traffic to the profile. The picture is an appropriate and personable photo for your profile. Additionally, the photo has a clear headshot of the face and the background of the image is not distracting.

Summary
The summary section in the profile is missing. Completing this section shows relevance, differentiates you from your peers and attracts the right people by letting them know what you’re about so they can determine if you are relevant to their goals. Additionally, completing the summary section can help inform recruiters which type of role they should keep you in mind for.

Public Profile URL
The LinkedIn profile URL is not customized. Customizing it will be a good step in strengthening personal brand. It also helps allow users to be easily identified in search results.

Experiences
The list of work experience is well laid out. The reverse chronological order used makes it easier for the reader to follow your career progression. However, adding your responsibilities in each of the job experience can help draw the attention of recruiters. Additionally, mentioning the level of achievements attained when assigned to those responsibilities can further enhance the profile.

Education
The name of the educational institution currently being attended is clearly stated. However, the major being pursued and start and anticipation dates are missing. A suggestion for this section would be to include the type of degree being pursued. Completing it will help employers be familiar with your program.

Skills and Endorsements
The overall list of skills listed for this section are relevant to your professional career. However, adding some interpersonal skills may help enhance the profile. It will also help recruiters notice your profile because many of them seek these qualities from candidates.

Accomplishments
The accomplishments section is missing. Adding relevant courses completed in your field of study would help show some of your technical knowledge to recruiters. Also, listing a few relevant courses enhances your profile and showcases the technical skills related to the job you are applying for.

Overall Final Impressions
Overall, the LinkedIn profile looks strong and professional. The information in your profile is easy to understand for viewers. Apart from completing the summary section, your profile only requires minor changes.

To summarize, here is a list of suggested edits:
• Adding adjectives to your headlines
• Completing the summary section
• Customizing the URL of the profile
• Adding responsibilities and achievement-oriented descriptions of assigned tasks
• Completing the current description in the education section
• Mentioning some of your interpersonal skills and relevant courses
• Completing the accomplishments section

I hope you find my suggestions above helpful in enhancing your LinkedIn profile. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my peer review.

Thank you,
