Dear Mr. Hassan,

 

The Sony ICFC-1 Alarm Clock Radio LED from your company is considered as a very practical and well-designed device from my own experience. However, the non-functioning product from the first delivery has brought me dissatisfied and lost confidence to the quality control of your company.

This is happened after the non-functioning product from the first delivery and the returned purchase. I received the delivery on time and the product was looking good for the first impression. After inserting the battery, the device was keep showing no response at all. Even through I did everything which followed the user’s manual step by step, it still reacted silence. This made me frustrated as I used to consider SONY is a company that sells high-quality products.

Moreover, as the product was from an online shopping, I have to return it by myself with re-packing it and sent it back from the post office to let your company to deliver another product to me. The whole process was time consuming and this is not considered to be borne by the customer.

The device from the returned delivery has satisfy me. However, this is a disappointed shopping experience to me and would lower my rating to your company. I wish this will not happen again to other customers and SONY can keep provide high quality-controlled products to us as usual.
