Hearing situations like yours always help to ensure that our marketplace sellers are following the key rules we ask our sellers to follow to ensure that customers are given adequate time to return a product if they are unsatisfied.
For a marketplace seller to be able to advertise products on the Best Buy website, they must complete an application process where they are evaluated based on the criteria of the quality of products sold and their compliance with the minimum return policy standards that all marketplace sellers are held to. As long as marketplace sellers meet these requirements they are able to choose any number of days a return can be made as long as it complies with the minimum standards that all marketplaces sellers must follow.
The current minimum number of days that all marketplace sellers must allow for a returns to be made ,if any customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased from them, is 5 business days.
