I have now completed my formal report proposal and posted it onto the team seven blog. In the report, I discuss the problem the Richmond aquatic special needs program is having in regards of there lack of instructors. The report can be summarized by these points:

- Possible solutions to the instructor shortage problem
- 4 areas of inquiry that will be used when tackling the issue
- My primary and secondary methods of conducting research
