This memorandum is to provide an overview of my formal report proposal where I discuss Vice’s need to create an Instagram page to increase awareness of the program. 

The report proposal includes: 

• An introduction that outlines who and what Vice is 
• The issue of Vice’s low awareness and conversion rates
• A proposed solution, that Vice create its own Instagram account 
• Questions to guide the scope of my research 
• How I will be going about my research (interviews, data collection)
• My qualifications as a Vice volunteer
