I thought your memo was clear, friendly, and provided good tips for writing emails in a professional setting.

Feedback:

All your points were given in a kind and enthusiastic way, and your use of bullet points and headers helped the flow and readability of your email. The only feedback I have was in your use of contractions, which could be edited given this is a professional email exchange. For example, in the first sentence “I’ve” could be replaced with “I have”.
