Dear Rich Charios,

I am writing this letter as a formal complaint about the poor service I received from your restaurant on the night of March 2, 2019.

That night, I ordered a Warm Kale Salad with grilled chicken through Skip the Dishes.  I was disappointed to find that my salad arrived without pickled onions and butter vinaigrette. I called the restaurant, a few times, to complain, however, no one picked up. The night ended with me ordering a Rain Coast Greens from Cactus Club, with all the appropriate toppings and dressings.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate either receiving a full refund, or an Earls gift card with the appropriate amount. Enclosed is a copy of my Skip the Dishes receipt. I am hoping that we can come to a resolution, as I did not get what I initially paid for.
