This is an update on my formal report research progress. Attached to this memo are my formal research outlines.

 

Purpose and Significance of Report

This report aims to receive feedback from the intended member of Navigators and develop a better way to create a diverse and inclusive culture. And possibly raised the awareness of keeping the environment positive and friendly to everyone.

 

Intended Audience

The intended audience includes Coordinators of UBC International Navigator Club, Club members and executives.

 

Report Objectives

  • Investigate people’s understanding of exclusiveness
  • Investigate people’s experience toward exclusiveness, specifically in Navigator
  • Provide a feasible solution to improve an inclusive environment; reduce the exclusive atmosphere.

I am still waiting for the proposal approval from Dr. Paterson; therefore, the following schedule is for your reference:

  • March 2: completed designing survey
  • March 6: Collect Data
  • March 9: organizing data collected
  • March 14: Draft
