Unfortunately, WestJet is unable to offer refunds on account of weather-related issues. Although we appreciate the inconvenience that these delays put on you and your family, weather-related issues are out of WestJet’s control, and delays in this regard are put into place entirely for the safety of all passengers. As such, we do not take responsibility for weather-related inconveniences.

However, as we care for you as a loyal WestJet customer, I would like to offer you a discount on your next WestJet vacation. This discount is 10% up to a maximum of $200.00. Please reply to this email within 30 days if you are intersted in utilizing this personalized offer.
