Dear Mr. Hasan,

On behalf of the Hilton team and organization, we would like to apologize for the stay you had. Hilton prides itself in putting customers first, and this is a situation where our pride was not shown. We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write this letter and for providing us context on the stay you had.

With this in mind, we would like to give you a full-refund and a free one-night stay at any of our Hilton hotels around the world. We would like to redeem ourselves and show you that the Hilton experience is an experience to remember. 

I hope you can accept this apology on behalf of the Hilton team and organization. We look forward to welcoming you to any of our Hilton Hotels around the world. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
