Subject: Package Not Delivered
I placed an order for a parka two weeks ago on February 26th; my order number is 20194295901. The estimated time of delivery was four days ago on March 8th but I have not received my order. I have attached screenshots of my order receipt and the estimated time of delivery.
I had bought the parka for my father’s birthday but unfortunately it is too late to gift it to him now. I am writing to request a reshipment of the parka for no additional cost and a full refund for my troubles.
I understand that mistakes during deliveries happen, however, I hope you are able to accommodate my request for another parka and a full refund, as I have been a loyal customer to Abercrombie & Fitch for many years.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your situation. We deeply apologize that you did not receive your order and for the inconvenience it has caused. Once your items leave our distribution center, they’re in the hands of our shipping carrier to make the delivery.
We have requested a reshipment for you at no cost. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this request to be reviewed and processed. You will receive a follow up email with the details of the reshipment shortly. According to our online return and exchange policy, we are unfortunately unable to provide a full refund at this time. However, we understand your frustration and have provided $50 credit to your Abercrombie & Fitch online account.
