Subject: Missed Goods and Spoiled Foods Delivery
Some produce delivered yesterday was not fresh or missing. I am writing to request that you refund my purchase or reschedule another delivery.
My order number is A123456, and the delivery time is March 11, 14:00-16:00. The bean sprout was not fresh, and the apples were rotten (picture enclosed). In addition, it didn’t deliver the eggs I purchased.
Freshness and delivery the other day are the two major selling points of your grocery delivery service. I always use T&T online shopping, and I was satisfied with the previous services; the produce was fresh and saved me a lot of time. However, I am very disappointed this time.
Please let me know how you would like to handle the above issues as soon as possible.

Your delivery should arrive by tomorrow, May 13. Sorry for the unfreshness produce and missing eggs of this order.
Freshness and being on time are always our commitments. However, this time, we made a mistake due to a massive increase in deliveries recently. We have increased our delivery staff, and they will recheck the order before delivery to ensure that similar errors do not occur in the future.
