Subject: Missing Ingredients on Ordered Pizza
To Whom it May Concern,
I placed an Uber Eats order for a 12-inch BBQ Chicken Pizza. When the pizza arrived, there was no meat and BBQ sauce on top as requested. I am writing to request for a refund, or a new pizza delivered to my door with the proper ingredients.
I placed this order on Uber Eats on March 11, 2022, at 10 pm. The order number is #FF048 and the total cost of this order was $19.78. I have attached the receipt of this order.
As a regular customer at Little Caesars, this was very disappointing as the pizza I received was not something I would pay for. It was the first time I ordered from this location, and I might have to think twice about ordering at this location again.
If there are any clarifications you need from me, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you and I look forward to your decision.

Thank you for your email and we are very sorry to hear about your experience at little Caesars! We value our customer’s feedbacks and continue to improve to provide optimal experiences for our customers.
While we understand your frustration, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund because this was ordered through the Uber Eats app. In addition, we do not have evidence to fault entirely on Little Caesars. There is a chance that the product was altered by a third party on the way to you.
However, we appreciate you for being a regular customer at Little Caesars. We value our customers and we expect our customers to have the best experience at Little Caesars. Thus, we will provide you a $15 gift certificate to be claimed for your next order from Little Caesars on the Uber Eats app.
