Subject: Reimbursement for Ceiling Repair
Dear ABC Strata Management,
Since March 1st, water has been dropping from our ceiling from the upper floor. I reported immediately to our property manager, but he has not replied yet. As the leaking was continuing, I called the plumber and handyman to fix it. So I am writing to ask for a reimbursement of my expenses.
My total expense was CAD 800.00, including the plumber and handyman to repair our unit. I have enclosed the receipts and before and after pictures. Our plumber identified the leaking was caused by the accident water flooding from unit 605, this could be needed to contact the tenant of unit 605 to talk about their tenant insurance.
Please let me know if any other requirements are needed.

Dear Mr. Kim,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your leaking problem. I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and inconvenience with ceiling leaking.
We understand your expense for repair and will contact the tenant of 605 immediately. At the same time, I will check enclosed receipts and send them to our Financial Department to reimburse you. It may take upto 14 days to get back your expenses and will be sent as cheque to your address with full amount CAD 800.00. Our Financial Department could contact you to explain more detail.
