Subject: Sickness Caused by Product

 

Last week I purchased Hill’s Science Diet Adult Perfect Weight Small Bites Dry Dog Food, Chicken Recipe, 15 lb Bag from Amazon. After 3 days of feeding the product to my dog, my dog started to have rashes and diarrhea. I would like to request a full refund for this product.

 

I understand that some dogs may not be compatible with the product but I believe that I should receive a full refund for this order as my dog had to be sent to the hospital and is not able to eat the product anymore. My Amazon account ID is JakeLovesDogs123 and my order number is 328010724. I also included a screenshot of other details of the order.
