• The statement of problem section does a good job of describing what specific problems are faced by Piquant.
• The proposed solution section proposes that the multiple problems faced by Piquant can be solved via creating a company website.

Scope:

• The scope of the proposal laid out by the questions you seek to answer seems appropriate.

Methods:

• The methods section includes both a consultation with relevant parties and literature reviews.

Qualifications

• Your qualifications appear to be suited for the task of researching the feasibility of creating a web site for Piquant.

Conclusion

• The conclusion encourages reader acceptance.

Grammar style

• “They sell local and imported goods and specialize in Indian and Mediterranean foods cooked in-house”
  • Replace “and specialize in” with “specializing in”
