Toys can bring joy to kids year-round.
This letter will notify the poor user experience using the online ordering system. An order was made for an upcoming children’s summer charity party. An email was sent last week updating the order to have been shipped. After the weekend, another email was sent cancelling the order due to mismanagement between the inventory on the website and the inventory at the store location. The order number on file is #12345 and should contain 20 Star Wars Lego Sets, 20 Nurf Guns, and 20 Squishmallows.
This cancelled order is not the first time. Last summer, another order #67895 was cancelled for the same reason. It’s challenging to order toys in bulk from a single location when some of the toys are limited edition.
Due to the cancelled orders, another toy store will be explored to order the same products. A full refund of order #12345 for this inconvenience is greatly appreciated. The refund can be sent to the credit card on file, at the earliest time.
