Thank you for notifying this issue. 

 

This experience is understandably frustrating and I apologize for the cancelled orders. Unfortunately, because the company implemented a new website during the pandemic, the online ordering system has trouble keeping track of popular toys throughout all locations in British Columbia. The online ordering system can not keep up with the demand for popular toys such as the new Star Wars Lego Set. Just when the item is available, keen buyers have already paid for it in the store location. For future orders, it is recommended call customer service at the intended store location to ask about the toy’s availability. 

 

The full refund will be reflected in the credit card for order #12345 in 2-5 business days. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

 

Thank you for sharing the experience. The tech support will be notified of the inconsistent inventory between the website and the store location.
