Thank you for contacting PhoneBox. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced such issues with last month’s billing.

We understand your request for a waiver regarding the data overage fees. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions from the agreement you have signed state that the customer is responsible for tracking their data usage. The easiest way to track your data usage is to go to your Settings and view your current data usage under Network & Internet.

However, many customers have experienced similar issues regarding data overage fees, so we are offering a data block option. This means that once you have reached your data limit, your data will be blocked until the next billing cycle. If you wish to request for a data block on your line, please contact us at our Customer Service Center.
