Subject: Defective Left AirPods Pro
To Whom It May Concern:
On July 12th, I purchased AirPods Pro from your retail shop in Soho, New York. The first couple of days of usage were fine until my left AirPod kept making airy noises while I was on noise cancellation mode. I believe the source of the problem was my left AirPod kept switching back and forth from noise cancellation mode to transparency mode. From what I understand that is not normal. I am writing this e-mail to request a replacement as I am frustrated with this problem that started to occur less than a week after my purchase.
I have heard similar experiences from other verified purchasers so I believe this is a manufacturing defect on the left AirPod. I do have my proof of purchase and the original packaging if needed to proceed with the replacement.
Apple is a great company that I have stuck with for many years for my technology products. Unfortunately, the quality of my recent purchase was faulty and disappointing.
I hope to have this issue resolved promptly.
Please let me know if the replacement is possible.
