As per the requirements of assignment 2:1, I have submitted a proposal for improving the understanding of waste sorting at the University of British Columbia. The proposal has been posted on the Team Forum under Jessica’s Team. It includes the following information:
- Introduction: background information on waste stream contamination at UBCO and the purpose of the proposal
- Statement of Problem: a concise explanation of the concerns surrounding waste stream contamination and the need to improve understanding of waste sorting
- Proposed Solution: identification of main areas of inquiry, discussion of feasibility analysis
- Scope: definition of the purpose of the feasibility analysis and its limitations
- Methods: identification of methods used in the feasibility analysis; surveys, informational interview, and a literature and regulation review
- My Qualifications: elaboration on my relevant experiences and skills
- Conclusion: summary of the need for a solution and the proposed feasibility analysis
