Subject: Poor quality of Babaton Kahlo Robe
Dear Manager:
I purchased the Babaton Kahlo Robe from your store on July 15th, 2022. I tried it on briefly in your store as I was looking for a light jacket to wear for an event the next day. The material of the robe felt delicate yet sturdy and I enjoyed the flowy shape of the robe.
The next day I removed the tags and wore it out to an event. However, that evening I noticed an undone seam along the back of the robe after only wearing it for a very short period.
Although I already removed the tags and wore it out, I want to return the robe due to the poor quality and construction. I am requesting a full refund of the $170 I paid for the item. Enclosed are pictures of the undone seam and the original receipt.
