Dear Ms. Barlescu,

Thank you for notifying us regarding the issue you are having with the Babaton Kahlo Robe you purchased.

I understand your desire for a full refund for the Babaton Kahlo Robe you purchased from our store. However, under our return policy we do not offer full refunds on items that no longer have the original tags attached.

Although we cannot offer you a full refund, we are able to offer you a one-time option of either exchanging the damaged item for a brand new one at our store, or the option of returning the damaged item and receiving the full amount in store credit. Please note that if you choose to exchange your item, it will be final sale.

If you would like to proceed with one of the options mentioned above, please get back to me with the date you will be bringing in the damaged item so I can inform the sales team.
