Subject: Season tickets refund
Dear Canadian’s Baseball Fan Services,
I have been a Canadian’s baseball fan for my whole life. I have been buying tickets for individual games for years, and this year decided I would buy some season’s tickets so I could enjoy as much baseball as possible. I have two reserved seats in the Section 8 bleachers, and they cost me $1,000 for the season.
Unfortunately, my best friend doesn’t like baseball as much as I do, and to get him to come to games with me I promised him that I would catch a foul ball and give it to him as a present. Despite my excellent baseball skills, the nets in Section 8 are too tall so I went the entire year without a foul ball coming in my direction. As a result, I had to endure my friend’s whining at each game, which ruined the entire season for me.
Because of this disappointment, I am requesting either to get a complete refund for my season’s tickets or that you remove the netting from in front of Section 8. I trust you will agree that this is a reasonable solution.
