Dear Mr. Graham:
Your company has an outstanding reputation as a reliable distributor of residential lighting products. I decided to use your company’s services again for my second new construction, but this time the experience was not pleasant.
As part of my new construction project, I met with your sales representative “Adam” on January 18 for an overview of a number of light products. He specifically recommended a pendolo chandelier for the foyer which I really liked. I placed an order with him right away.
On May 30, the order arrived and was placed in the entryway. As per specification, the installation of the chandelier was in the scope. It is your scope to install the chandelier. I called “Adam” immediately and left him a message.
This delay is causing me to lose money on labor hours as my electrical team is held up until the chandelier installation is complete. My disappointment with this service is due to the fact that I was not informed previously that such a delay in installation can be anticipated.
I insist that this matter is resolved as soon as possible and have your technician come and install the chandelier within the next two weeks.
