Thank you for choosing us as your lighting supplier for your new construction project. Total lighting strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction and we appreciate your patience in this matter.
Providing prompt customer service is one of our salespeople’s top priorities. Adam is away this week and has left instructions on his voicemail to call the customer service line if customer needs immediate assistance.
We understand that as per the specification it is in the scope of the lighting supplier to install the purchased product. However, we clearly indicated in our quotation that we are only supplying and delivering the pendolo chandelier. The engineering designs for the construction project were not finalized at the time of purchase order and hence installation cost is missing.
If you would like us to install the chandelier, we can provide the service at our cost with no additional markup. We value your business and look forward for another opportunity to serve you.
