Intended Audience
This report is intended for the Aritzia executive team, specifically the Executive Vice President, Retail, Pippa Morgan.
Purpose and Significance of Report
The purpose of this report is to assess the feasibility of installing a mirror inside each change room at Aritzia (a popular Canadian fashion brand) to improve customer experience and satisfaction. This report aims to identify limitations in the current change room design and propose a solution for improving customer satisfaction with the change room experience. Installing a mirror inside each change room at Aritzia stores would allow customers to try on clothes in privacy, increase comfortability, and ultimately, increase customer satisfaction.
Report Objectives
The objectives of this report are:
- To assess the benefits and drawbacks of the current change room design
- To identify current Aritzia customers’ perspectives and satisfaction with the current change room design
- To propose a solution for improving customer satisfaction with the change room experience
- To determine the feasibility of installing a mirror inside each change room at Aritzia stores
- To investigate the costs and best places to purchase full-length mirrors
Methods

Research Plan
In order to analyze the feasibility of installing a mirror inside each change room at Aritzia to improve customer satisfaction and experience, I plan to:
- Compose survey questions
- Distribute the survey to current Aritzia customers to be filled out anonymously
- Report current Aritzia customers’ perspectives and satisfaction with the current change room design
- Compile data and analyze survey responses
- Produce visuals based on survey data
- Investigate the benefits of installing a mirror inside each change room
- Determine the feasibility of installing a mirror inside each change room at Aritzia
- Investigate the costs and best places to purchase full-length mirrors
Writing Schedule
- March 12: Post Formal Report Progress Report
- March 21: Send out surveys via email and investigate the costs and best places to purchase full-length mirrors
- March 25: Close data collection and compile survey results
- March 26: Analyze and organize data and start writing Formal Report draft
- March 29: Post draft of Formal Report
- Apr 3: Receive Peer Review and make appropriate edits
- Apr 9: Complete final edits of Formal Report
- Apr 12: Formal Report due
