• An introduction outlining the background of the Metrotown Mall.
• A statement of the problem, highlighting the struggle of customers to navigate from point A to point B.
• Proposed solution, developing an app of the mall with appropriate map and guidance.
• The scope of the proposed study, outlining six areas of inquiry.
• The intended methods to be used in the study, including both primary and secondary data sources.
• A summary of my qualifications/relations to the study.
• Conclusion, summarizing the problem and the solution.
