It\u00a0is a great platform for me to share technical information with other professionals, such as epidemiologists, biostatisticans, topic experts and policy makers. \u00a0Come and visit my <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ca.linkedin.com\/in\/garywltam\">Linked in profile<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Over the years, I have involved in multiple inter-disciplinary committees to develop guidance documents for targeted audience. \u00a0For example, a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vch.ca\/media\/Child_Care_Facilities_Safe%20_Healthy_Food_August_19.pdf\">guidance document<\/a><\/span> on <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">handling safe and healthy food to children<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for the licensed child care operators. \u00a0In addition, I was in key leadership roles in multiple non-profit organizations, such as <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wccclc.ca\">Western Canada Chinese Catholic Living Camp<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ciphi.ca\">Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am currently working with other health authorities and <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foodsafe.ca\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">FOODSAFE<\/span> <\/a>to develop a\u00a0provincial guideline on investigating non-compliant instructors who fail to follow the course operation manual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you would like to know more about the work I do, please feel free to contact me at <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"mailto:zerogtam1@yahoo.com\">zerogtam1@yahoo.com<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this vibrant social networking era, it is important to connect professionally with other like-minded individuals on social media platforms, such as Linked in.
