This week we discussed more about the symphony brochure we are (hopefully) going to create. We were tasked with coming up with potential templates, something tangible which summarize the data. Generally, we like the idea of not having too much text in the brochure as we think less text would make the brochure more engaging and easily understood by an audience of all ages. Attached below is a sample brochure Mikaela made for reference!
Overall, Mikaela, Isabelle and I (Theresa) are looking forward to sharing what we have learned throughout this process; however, we know that our lack of editing abilities will come as a challenge to us. We are looking forward to learning together and creating a brochure and infographic that we’re all proud of. In addition, Tara tasked us with narrowing down our datasets to the most important/common ones and writing a little blurb on those. We hope that we’ll be able to do it justice and pick the datasets which will capture the attention of the audience and are relevant!
