As a huge believer and user of Formative Assessments in the classroom,I was rather pleased to get an opportunity to actually design a course about it. I plan on introducing this course to my colleagues at our next professional development session. Although I would have preferred a better design and theme for this course, I quickly accepted that Moodle is not aesthetically pleasing. I would have preferred a theme or design that was more appealing and attractive to participants, however since this course is geared towards adults and not children it should suffice.
The feedback that I have received so far about the course and its overall layout has been very positive.I have really enjoyed this experience because it my first time using Moodle and creating a course. Having this opportunity has been a very positive experience for me and I am definitely looking forward to learning more about LMS especially Moodle. My future plans include designing more courses that my colleagues and I could use to improve our instructional practices.
