In the school, a school psychologist and educational psychologist are the ones involved with the students.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-51\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/epseassessments\/files\/2018\/11\/220px-BloomsCognitiveDomain.svg_.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/epseassessments\/files\/2018\/11\/220px-BloomsCognitiveDomain.svg_.png 220w, https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/epseassessments\/files\/2018\/11\/220px-BloomsCognitiveDomain.svg_-150x122.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since there are more than one learning disablity, in order to continue with early intervention or developing intervention strategies, there needs to be a professional to be qualified to do the assessments.<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned above, a psychologist is needed to identify of a specific learning disability. This includes dyslexia, language based dysgraphia or dyscalculia.\u00a0 An occupational therapist can also perform assessments on certain learning diabilities that require motor based learning disabilities such as dysgraphia, or developmental coordination disorder.
