Flowers:
- Buds are distinct; dark blue and pointed; then opening into flowers
- Flowers are deep purple/blue and trumpet-shaped; great colour
- Five petals; broad, open tube; five recurved corolla lobes
- 4-5cm long
- Three week bloom in mid-summer
