Student Support & Advising and Student Communications Services are moving to the 2nd floor of Brock Hall
The last day in Brock Hall for IRP staff will be Friday, February 22 and their first day in FERIC will be Monday, February 25.
The Student Communications Services (SCS) team will move back into Brock Hall (second floor) on Monday, February 25.
The Student Support and Advisory (SSA) team will join the SCS team on the second floor later in the month. Their move will be completed in phases between mid- to late March.
How will the vacated spaces in IKB, BH 1206 and BH0067 be used?
Once SSA moves out of the their office in Ike Barber, the space will be returned to the library.
BH1206 will be used for student advising and programming.
After the ES Coordinators move out of their office in the basement (BH0067) and up to the 2nd floor of Brock Hall, staff from Scheduling, Records, and Systems Management and Student Financial Services will move into BH0067 and room 0017 (currently used by IRP staff) to alleviate overcrowding. We’ll share an update on these changes in the next newsletter.
