All ES staff are invited to attend the annual Wellness Afternoon where staff spend the gather for lunch before spending the afternoon taking part in their choice of a number of wellness activities like yoga, painting, meditation, rock climbing, listening to guest speakers, and more. If you haven’t attended in previous years, check out previous posts on ES connected and ask your colleagues what to expect.
