Who: Kim Cormack

Position: Communications and Events Coordinator
Since: November 2017
Professional Background: Kim brings a communications background in the public and non-profit sectors to her position with the Integrated Program. Since graduating from the University of Ottawa with a BA in Communication, Kim’s professional experience has included roles in: community engagement, event planning, social media, advocacy, media relations, and program management. She looks forward to working with the Integrated Program team in supporting the new system roll out to the UBC community.
Personal: Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Kim lived and worked in Ottawa, Montreal and Australia, the latter of which included living in a van for a time (!), before returning to her hometown of Vancouver. She enjoys jogging along the seawall, attempting to grow crops in her community garden, and exploring her neighbourhood in the West End.
