Last week, SASI said farewell to Erin Musgrave. Erin first joined SASI’s Procurement team for the Collaborative Solutions Process (CSP) workshops and was instrumental in planning the logistics of all the workshop and managing the document repository.

Before she left, Erin introduced the SASI team to a popular pastime in her native country, Australia – the Tim Tam Slam. A Tim Tam consists of two malted-chocolate biscuits separated by a layer of chocolate-cream filing that are covered in another layer of chocolate.

To complete the Tim Tam Slam (source: http://firstwefeast.com/eat/2014/10/how-to-do-a-tim-tam-slam), below are the following steps:

  1. Grip the biscuit between your thumb and index finger
  2. Take a small bite out of one corner of the biscuit
  3. Repeat Step 2 with the opposite corner
  4. Hold your biscuit at one of the unbitten corners
  5. Use it as a straw to slurp up a hot beverage
  6. Then pop/’slam’ the now-warm and melty treat into your mouth in one go!

With the help of Kate and Stuart, Erin demonstrated how to do the Tim Tam Slam – and the end result, was priceless!
