Yesterday Erin Shannon, Terry Downs and Michelle Davis visited the ESPs on the Vancouver campus to get to know them better and share recent changes to their business structure. During the presentation they showed the organizational chart for Enrolment Services Okanagan campus. I personally found seeing their organizational chart extremely helpful for understanding who is who and what they do.
On the ES Connected blog in the coming weeks we will feature individuals and and units across all of ES on both campuses so everyone can gain better understanding of each unit, responsibilities in individual roles and the nuances between service providers on each campus.
