Pre-activity 3: Meditation exercise

Later on in your case study, you’ll be taking a look at how our 24/7 access to technology can cause stress and create a life on hyper-speed. Now, let’s take some time to consider how technology can also be used to relax and “unplug” from the stresses of daily life.

Have you ever tried meditating? What about meditating using technology? For this pre-activity, you will be doing just that.

You can choose if you would like to do an unguided or guided meditation. If you decide to do a guided one, please choose from one of the first four options in the list.
